STICK.

I would like to draw your attention to the following link on the EH

The message details the new Rule as published by the FIH and is applicable
with immediate effect. You will know that this area of the game was
discussed in January and posted to the FIH and EH websites. At that time
the FIH issued a new rule interpretation. It has been reviewed and as of
19 May 2006 it has become a rule. The link (above) details the situation.
